Gentlement Prefer Brogues offer classic all leather shoes to UK customers. Our shoes are Goodyear Welted for extra comfort and wearability. Our Elite Ranges are £49.99 and Classic Ranges are £39.99.
We will be introducing new ranges regularly so please watch this space!
SIZES
Our sizes are comparable with a pair of Clarks shoes.
With the exception of the Hampton brogue, if you currently wear one of the traditional English handmade shoe brands such as Barker, Loakes or Grenson, please order half a size larger for the eqivalent size. If you take size 9½ Barker or Samuel Windsor - order a size 10 from us.
If you're buying our 'big and bold' Hampton brouge they are a generous fit so we suggest a half size smaller than our other ranges - or the same size a Barker, Loake or Samuel Windsor.
WIDTH FITTING
Our shoes are available in one width fitting - which is very generous. Most customers that take up to a G fitting will have no problems wearing our shoes.

The new Hampton mode (from Feb '13) is only available on a one pair per order basis. It is included in the above promotion which means it can be mixed with another pair to receive discount.
You can mix and match different models. In this case the cheapest pair will be discounted to half price.
Your Card Transaction
It is vitally important that the address provided for the invoice address matches the card statement address. If this is not the case your order will be delayed.
We use a fraud screening service to evaluate our online transactions where card data is checked to the card holders statement address. Failure to provide the correct invoice address will delay your order and you will be asked to provide the correct information so that we may properly progress your order - we may need to re-process the order with the correct address provided.
We will email you and ask you to contact us. If you do not contact us your order will be left pending until we are able to contact you.

Deliveries
Our standard delivery costs £4.99 and should be with you in 2-4 working days. If next day is available it costs an extra £2 and will be an available option when you place your order.
Most of our orders are sent using a carrier service. Carrier deliveries are all-day deliveries and we are not able to specify a time however, our carrier will email or text your mobile with a one hour delivery window so you don't have to be in all day. Someone will need to sign for the delivery on arrival. Please add any special delivery instructions such as a safe place to leave your package when prompted as this helps us get your order to you first time. Please note that carriers can not be asked to leave packages in bins.
Orders going to remote areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland (post codes listed below) will take 2-4 days - we are not able to offer a next day service to these post codes. It is likely we will use a carrier service such as Hermes or Collect+.
From 2nd April 2013 we no longer use Royal Mail for delivery.
We will email you tracking details (if applicable) when the order is shipped. If the telephone number provided on the order is a mobile, we will text your delivery details to you also.
The following post codes are served on a 2-4 days delivery service only.
