Do you ship orders overseas?
No. Unfortunately, we only ship orders to UK addresses.

How do I know you have received my order?
You will receive email confirmation of your order. This email will be sent promptly after you placed your order. If you do not receive the confirmation, you may have entered an invalid email address - please phone us on 0800 019 6965 in this instance. Once you receive the email confirmation, please check your order details are correct.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and UK debit cards. We also accept American Express.

Your security is paramount to us. We have chosen the Universal Payment Gateway and Bank of Scotland as a card processing partners.

What are the delivery times and charges?
Delivery should take five working days. Our standard delivery charge is £4.99.
We will ship your purchase via Royal Mail or FedEx depending on the items purchased. If you wish your purchase to be delivered by Royal Mail, please note this in the special instructions when processing your delivery or email us your request.

What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day no quibble returns policy. Customer should return the shoes to us and we will refund the cost of the products bought. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We will exchange goods free of charge (we will not recharge delivery).

If I return one pair from the 'Buy 2' offer, how much will I be refunded?
You will be charged the individual price for the item you keep and will be refunded any difference.

Do we offer half sizes and larger sizes?
Yes! Some of our ranges are available in half sizes from 5 to 14. Available sizes will appear in the drop-down menus.

What leather is usesd to produce your shoes?
Our leather shoes are made from premium Cow hide.

Where are your shoes manufactured?
Our shoes are manufactured in India as are many famous brands of Goodyear welted shoes. India has a strong tradition and highly skilled workforce and is able to provide quality products offering excellent value for money.
